I properly guide borrowers through their loan documents. I acknowledge that I am an extension of you and your client and will behave/dress accordingly. Documents are thoroughly reviewed to ensure that every signature, date, and initial was captured correctly and that forms are filled out completely. 

I have successfully executed refinance loans, home equity loans, seller packages, purchasers packages, loan modifications,  and loan applications. 

I do not have a problem printing packages and scanning them back for review. I have invested in a fast laser dual tray printer as well as a fast document scanner to accommodate for this. 

I thoroughly care about the entire process and pride myself on proficiently completing a task well done so that my signers are comfortable at their signings and that my title or lending company clients continue to gain more clients.

Communication is key in this business and I am able and willing to communicate with everyone involved to ensure that we are on the same page. If you call during business hours, I'll answer. If you text or email me, I will respond. I am also not afraid to contact you if I have questions concerning documents. 

If a rare mistake occurs on my end, I will make fixing that mistake a priority.
