I will go over the documents meticulously, taking every effort that I can to not miss signatures, dates and initials. I will do my very best to make sure documents are completely and properly filled out. I know how to fill out a PCOR form and I also understand the importance of properly filling out the Notice of Right to Cancel. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it ASAP. I understand that mistakes on my part can delay closings, cause re-signs or missed rate locks. Documents will be returned promptly and on time. I know all of my local FedEx drop off times.
