I have experience in Refinancing, refinancing investments, and refi with va loans, loan modifications, new construction home closings and new home purchases, along with buyer and seller closings. All my services include travel fee, printing of both sets of documents, verifying that the signer has everything before signing appointment, confirmation of appointment times and mailing of the documents to lender through fedex. Along with quality control to make sure everything is filled out and signed correctly before sending the package and doing any scan backs if required as well.
