I have a laptop, air card and small laser printer in my car—so I can handle last minute documents/corrections, changes, other issues. Committed: You need the job done on time, I have the experience and tools to get it done for you. I put borrowers at ease, explain docs, urge them to close rather than reschedule—if I can’t convince them I call loan officers or title companies to answer questions—my goal is to get the job done the first time. If docs need to be revised then Title or the Bank can revise docs, email to me and I will printed them on the borrower’s dining room table with my compact laser printer. I’ve done this many times. Available: I am a full-time Notary. I am dependable & reliable and have never been a "no-show" for an appointment. I always answer my cell phone. If I miss your call I'll get back to you within minutes. Mistakes? With more than 5,500 signings I’ve made some mistakes, had some oversights—but I learn from each one and try to never make the same mistake twice. I'm very quick to remedy mistakes when they occur. Accommodating: I’ve done signings after midnight and at 6:00 AM In odd locations: At the gas station on the hood of the car, in the barn, at the bar, back porch, Starbucks, public library, McDonalds, school classrooms, offices, Dennys, and lots of kitchen tables. And with odd people, LOL ?
