Jason Schmidt

My name is Jason Schmidt and I am a Notary Public/Loan Signing Agent in the Denver Metro Area. I am dedicated to accuracy and utilize skills taught thru the NNA Certification, extensive training using the Loan Signing System and thru the Colorado Secretary of State website. I try to make myself available for all signings regardless of time or distance. I am versed in purchases (borrower, seller or dual), refinances, reverse mortgages and Helocs. I feel it is important to show up on time, walk the client through the documents in a quick manner and I do my best to keep an eye on all of the signatures, dates and acknowledgements while conducting the closing. I understand the importance of accuracy and delivering docs in a safe manner back to Title (I do my best to drop at Fedex and UPS Stores that can issue a receipt). I also know it is important to communicate with Title ahead of any signings if I have any questions and when and how to reach the appropriate person from the signing service, title or lender if the client has a question that I cannot answer or shouldn't answer directly. During the signing I am comfortable giving a brief explanation of documents and try to make the signing experience as easy as possible for the signer.
