Hello! My name is Jasmine and I am a NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent and am also Loan Signing System Certified. It is my priority to provide the best possible borrower experience while providing error free and timely loan signings. I am aware that I may be the only person the borrower/seller meets during this transaction. I present myself professionally and am always on time to each appointment. I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and all forms are filled out correctly. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are completed correctly. I know the last pick up times and closing times for both FedEx and UPS in my city. I ensure that packages are dropped prior to the end of business. I never choose to do another appointment over making drops! I am very careful to never overbook myself, which allows me to provide the best possible customer experience, every time. I have a dual tray laser printer and scanner, allowing printing to be quick and I can send scan backs if requested. I also have my online notary public commission and can perform hybrid and online only signings, if needed. I am available 7 days a week, 9am-9pm. I look forward to serving you and your clients!
