I offer a professional and confidential work product with excellent customer service.  I am commissioned in South Dakota, Iowa and am commissioned and licensed in Minnesota.  I will travel to most Counties in these three States, but I do charge additional compensation for long distances.  NNA certification and NNA background screening are current, and certificates are available upon request.  I am Fidelity approved and have been a Mobile Notary for 16 years.  I have extensive experience in handling: refinances, reverse mortgages, FHA/VA, first and second mortgages, Purchases, Sales, Depositions HELOCS, constructions loans, and Debt Resolutions.  E & O insurance of 100,000.  I am currently waiting for my Iowa RON status to be approved and currently complete Clear Sign E-signings SD and IA.
