Because you might get busy and sometimes forget a document or there's a last minute request to add a document(s) to a closing package, this is no problem for Big Orange Notary LLC, as when I am on the road I'm equipped with a laptop, mobile printer and mobile scanner at all times.

All documents printed on 24lbs Bright white paper and ScanBacks are clean and crisp.

Whenever there's a requirement to ship the closing package after completing the closing and consisting of more than 50 pages, all documents are first placed in a cardboard envelope and package taped closed. Then the cardboard envelope is placed in a plastic-pak and it is equally package taped closed, so as to ensure your documents arrive safe and sound.

When its an extra large closing package such as in the case of a reverse mortgage, those procedures are followed along with the additional step of placing that plastic-pak in a box for shipment, to again ensure their safe and sound arrival.
