Professional Notarial Services over the last 9 years. I am an E-Notary (not to be confused with RON) and have used Docusign and Pavaso platforms. I am Fidelity approved. I have completed close to 3,000 real estate closings and signings focusing on refinances, purchases, sales, HELOCs, 1031 exchanges, loan applications, reverse mortgages, construction, commercial, and more. I have a current background check with the NNA and E&O insurance with $100,000 worth of coverage with Merchant's Bonding Company. I have also completed the Certified Signing Agent Expert training with the Loan Signing System. I have a dual-tray, laser printer from Kyocera making quick work of legal and letter documents as well as a scanner. My closings average around 30 minutes in length although every customer is unique and you will find it very rare that I miss something or make a mistake as I always do a quality check during my closings. My wife and I work as a team conducting closings so if something happens last minute where I cannot conduct a closing like being ill (very rare circumstance), my wife has similar experience as I do with real estate closings and signings. I am no stranger to closings as I operated and owned a very successful closing company in the past as well as have been involved in real estate transactions and loan origination.
