Hello, my name is Jaime Chau. I am an independent Washington licensed mobile Notary Public, certified and trained by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent in 2021. I am licensed, recently background checked, bonded, and insured, and available for signings in Snohomish, Island, King, Skagit, and Whatcom counties of Northwestern Washington.

As a real estate professional in both sales and property management for more than 20 years, I am personally familiar with real estate transactions. I have built a track record of being reliable, punctual, courteous, and professional who understands the importance of a quality service that customers expect.

During the pandemic, I made extra efforts to make sure each signing appointment was safe, pleasant, and easy for the signer(s) by following all the recommended CDC safety guidelines, providing them with any supplies they may need, such as masks, gloves, disposable pens, sanitizer, and wipes during the appointment if necessary.
