I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Jade Phillips and I am the owner and operator of Signed By Jade .I have been a Orlando resident for 8 years and a notary public for 1 year I have added certification as a remote / online notary and loan signing agent to my profile and area of expertise.  As a successful and long-notary, I wanted to capitalize on my notarial skillset.  I hold customer service in high regard with the end goal of meeting or exceeding the expectations of the borrower as well as the escrow and mortgage entities.  As a loan signing agent my method is to guide the borrow through the loan closing documents and answer any questions the borrower may have within the limits I am allowed.  I carefully review each loan packet to confirm all signatures have been obtained and are notarized as required prior to returning the loan packet.  To date my work is error-free.  In the highly unlikely instance an error is made, I ensure any error would be immediately rectified.  I am prompt and thorough and will ensure the loan packet is returned within the designated timeframe.  I hold all the necessary certifications and insurances.  Additionally, I am NNA certified with a completed background check .
