I have experience with refinances, seller/purchase loans, HELOC's, reverse mortgages, loan mods and debt settlement contracts. I understand how important it is to make sure documents are complete with no missing signatures, initials, or dates; especially when required in the middle of a document or at the top of a page. I review my assignments very thoroughly and carefully read lender instructions and instructions provided by the signing service before proceeding to an appointment.
