Ishaan Chitnis

My name is Ishaan Chitnis, I'm a notary from Oregon based in the Portland metropolitan area. I am NNA certified and have had extensive training through courses such as the Loan Signing System as well as supplementary education through Notary Stars. 

I am knowledgeable and give great attention to detail. I carefully review each to document to verify that signatures, initials, and dates are properly filled out as applicable. I double and triple check documents such as the 1003, Notice of Right to Cancel, and 4506. I concentrate on my work to make sure that notarial blocks are filled out correctly and that stamps aren't missed. I understand fully that any mistakes I make can cause funding conditions which is why I've kept up with education and training to keep myself prepared. 

I own a dual tray laser printer and a reliable scanner for scan backs. I don't charge more for using these items because I want to make sure your closing goes smoothly. In the event that I do make a mistake, I will make it my main priority to get the mistake fixed as soon as possible!
