I have over 30 years sales and customer service experience and I am very flexible with scheduling and am available 24 hours a day.  I am a notary commissioned in the state of Florida, certified by the NNA and $1,000,000 O&E insurance.  I am also well trained and certified by LSS Loan Signing System.  I service the areas of Orange, Osceola Volusia, and Seminole counties.  I’ve also taken the Florida Real Estate course which gives me the knowledge as an agent.  I am a Loan Signing Agent who knows how to walk a signer through a loan document and understand the importance of properly capturing each signature, date and initial.  I understand the importance deadlines and will ensure that documents are properly packaged and returned promptly.  My number one priority is always to provide high quality service to my clients and their borrowers.
