I am a commissioned Illinois Notary Public and National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent. I understand that I have to be impartial but not uneducated. That is why I have extensive hours of additional training through The Loan Signing System and Signing Agent Advanced Training Program. These additional trainings has allowed me to have a sound understanding of loan and title documents. This means I can walk the borrower through important documents, such as the CD, deed, notice of right to cancel, and the note. I have a background that is rooted in customer service, and over a decade of Supervisor and Mortgage Loan Processor experience. I understand that I am an extension of you, and I am dedicated to ensuring the borrower has a positive signing experience!
