Prior to moving to Florida I was an attorney in Connecticut for 40 years and still maintain a law practice there. My general practice included representing buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of their homes, and refinancings. Most recently, during 2020 – 2021, I traveled throughout the state of Connecticut completing close to 1,000 refinance signings as a mobile loan signing agent (attorney) consisting of both wet and digital signings that coincided with the launch of the Pavaso e-signing platform. These refinance signings were on behalf of a variety of national lenders and title companies, including Quicken/Rocket Mortgage, Amrock, Radian Settlement Services, Chase Mortgage, and Fidelity National Title. These signings took place in a variety of locations  – the borrowers’ homes at all hours, places of employment, at a local McDonalds, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Starbucks, and using the rear section of my Jeep Grand Cherokee as a desk.
