I have been in the Mortgage industry recently for over 12 years combined as a Processor and Closer/Funder. A Notary Public since 3/2018. I have the knowledge to guide your client(s) through all of the important documents with confidence. I understand that I am extension of you and your client and will perform as such during each transaction. I take great pride in my work, remain professional and consider all parties reputations through the entire process. Documents are thoroughly reviewed to ensure there are not any signature, initials and/or dates missing. If a sparse mistake is made on my end it is my number one priority to fix it ASAP! I know timeliness in getting docs back is crucial, you can depend on me to have them back promptly and when expected. I make sure to communicate with each and every person involved with full transparency during each signing. I am a courier too!
