I have more than 30 years experience working in document management in an administrative capacity. I have been working as an NNA certified Loan Signing Agent for a little over two years. I have completed more than 100 signings , spanning nearly every type of loan or real estate signing possible. I am extremely professional, friendly, prompt, and detail oriented. I owned my own medical transcription business for 15+ years., worked as an insurance broker for 10+ years, and worked as an executive assistant for 10+ years. I worked with legal documents in each of those careers. I know the importance of attention to detail, particularly on legal documents. Professionalism and an ability to build a rapport with virtually anyone (and to avoid conversations/topics that are uncomfortable or controversial) has always been easy and natural for me. I always dress "to the nines", so will be dressed appropriately for client-facing work, even on short notice. I have a laser printer with a dual tray, ability to print out multi-sized documents. I also can scan small documents on the go. I am a certified and trained RON, and I am contracted with Notarize.com, so electronic signing would also not be a problem. Can travel as far North as Pahrump or Tonopah or as far South as Laughlin, or Mesquite for an extra fee. I drive a late model Toyota Highlander or an even newer Honda Civic, so a nondescript but professional presentation, including my vehicle. I carry a well-organized rolling briefcase bag with all of my supplies and paperwork. I always "wrap" the package in a legal sized folder and provide the clients' copy in an envelope.. I keep an abundance of FedEx and UPS shipping supplies for ease in sending your package next day air. There are both FedEx and UPS stores located very near my home.
