I am an NNA Certified Notary Public and Freelance Paralegal with 12 years experience. I have been self employed for 25+ years in Real Estate, property management which also includes Directing and organizing Operations in Construction/De-construction, Safety & Compliance. I am Fidelity approved. I am an experienced professional who enjoys working with Clients and Customers to meet their needs. I am familiar with all kinds of contracts in business and with wills, trusts and estates. I am fluent with most title documents , as well as loan and financial packages. I pride myself in providing quality work and going "above and beyond for my Clients and its Signers. This includes but is not limited to assuring that the Signers are comfortable with the process of Signing documents as well as providing a guarantee to Companies that documents are executed accurately and as timely as possible. I have a flexible schedule to try to accommodate to Clients who need my immediate attention or services. I am able to provide a Witness most times, even on short notice for a Witness Fee.
