As a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent in the State of Florida I currently provide my services within Pasco, Hillsborough, Polk and Hernando Counties. I am experienced with VA loans, Refinances, Cash Purchases, First and Second mortgages, Loan Modifications & Buyer/Seller Signings. As well as various other real estate transactions and notarial acts. I will conduct a variety of loan closings while strictly following the lenders closing instructions. Professionalism, being on time for an appointment and making all parties feel confident of our interaction at the end of the transaction are top priorities for me as an NSA. Last minute closings are welcomed. Traveling to meet clients in their homes, offices or in public spaces such as hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, libraries, etc. at the clients request is part of my service.
