Hello! My name is Gwen Schulte Beisner. I've been a mobile Notary Signing Agent  (NSA) for four years part-time. I have successfully completed over 300 real estate closings, both personal and commercial. I enjoy helping customers with their loan documents. I verify their identification, observe their oath/affirmation, complete the required ID forms, notarize necessary documents, assist customers in locating all required initials, signatures, dates, and information. I explain the TRID documents showing them the terms of their loan. I double check the documents before leaving the customer(s) and do a triple check when I reach my vehicle. If requested, I scan documents to upload them for title companies/financial institutions. I prepare documents for shipping and take them to the assigned shipping vendor.  It is crucial that the closing documents are correctly executed and returned quickly to insure that the buying/selling transaction is completed without any difficulties.
