And that any miss Dates, Initials, or Signatures can cost a Mortgage Officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a Close of Escrow, or cause Funding Conditions delaying everything.

All forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the Statement of Information, Trust Certification, or Disbursements of Proceeds. I walk your borrowers through all the important docs: The Closing Statement, Note, The Deed, and CD. I know if I don’t have the borrower fill them out, then you are, and I don’t want that!

If your office should ever need an additional signing agent for any reason or even last-minute request, current signing agents booked already, on vacation, out sick,please note that I’m available 24/7.
