I will get those initials in the middle of the 1003, ensure that the real property transfer form is filled out properly by the client, and I know how important the dates are on the Notice of Right to Cancel.  For first time home buyers I can walk them through every line of the settlement statement and explain every affidavit and disclosure. Residential or commercial, if there are multiple signers and they hold property in a trust or LLC, or are signing as a POA, I can handle each scenario with professionalism and efficiency.  Since I have a full mobile office, you will get scans back immediately after the signing and last minute docs or changes are not a problem.  In the rare event that something is missed, I will do everything in my power to correct it immediately.
