My name is Grace Cloud, I am a Notary Public Signing Agent commissioned by the state of Florida. I am trained and certified through the National Notary Association, The Loan Signing System, and the State of Florida Notary Online Interactive Education Program. I have been trained not only to completed ALL pages of loan packages completely and accurately, but also to guide signers through the signing. By doing so I am able to help signers locate the answers to their questions within the loan package. Making them feel at ease and confident in the process.

I understand that making a major purchase like buying a home can be exciting and stressful. I am able to alleviate some of that stress by being knowledgeable and sharing my knowledge of the loan documents with the signer making everything much more understandable. I am located in South Daytona and travel throughout central Florida for my customers convenience. I am available 24/7 for signings by appointment.
