I am a signing agent who believes in putting the signer 1st. I have experience in Refinances, Rev Mortgages, Purchase and Seller packages, Heloc's and VA loans. I make sure dates, initials and signatures are not missed and the NRTC and PCOR is filled out correctly and completely. If the signing takes place at a time that does not enable me to drop them off at Fed Ex or Ups on time, I will make sure they are dropped 1st thing the next morning. I guide the signer through the docs and will answer whatever I can and any specific question about the loan, I will have them call their loan officer. I take signings seriously and realize signers are already stressed out enough, especially at these crazy times. I will take all precautions during the signing to protect both the signer and myself.
