I am a notary out of Virginia, in the Hampton Roads area. I recently finished the Loan Signing System course. I am eager to get started with this business and excitedly thinking about the possibilities. I haven’t had a signing yet, but I am confident that I am well equipped with the instruction I received in the LSS course, my continued education and Mentorship offered by the Loan Signing System.

I understand that when I get an assignment, I am an extension of this company, and I will project the professionalism that is expected. I also understand how important it is to have all documentation completely filled out (by the signor) with all signatures, initials, dates, as well as all notary signatures and stamps. I have a portable scanner and know the FedEx locations in my area. I have a $100,000 insurance with Merchants Bonding Co, I am an NNA member as well. I have a recent background check through Backgrounds online and my Notary commission is good through 2027. I have established profiles with Snapdocs.com, SigningOrder.com, NotaryCafe and others. Will travel and have 24/7 availability.
