Gina Collings

My name is Gina Collings. I have been a notary public for 20+ years. I live in Normal, IL.  I have worked full time for a local title company as a closing agent for those 20 years. I have experience preparing and balancing CD's with lender, explaining all documents at closing, getting funding approval and disbursing the proceeds. I am familiar with buyer, seller, refi, VA, FHA, conventional, reverse loan documents, etc. I am customer service oriented, follow instructions and reliable. I have chosen to go part time now at the title company office to give me some flexibility and availability to do mobile notary signings.
