I do not have an issue with guiding borrowers through loan documents and halting the signing to call the respective party should they have concerns about information therein documents. Printing large packages, legal/letter and submitting scan backs for review is not an issue. I'll immediately contact the signing service should any concerns arise before, during or after the signing. I will arrive promptly to appointments and documents will be returned expeditiously. I'm familiar with most FedEx & UPS drop offs in my area.
