Frances Kaplan

I am a full-time, certified notary signing agent located in the Phoenix, AZ market with initial and ongoing training and certification from the National Notary Association (NNA) and the Loan Signing System (LSS). Ongoing continuing education resources include Notary Stars, Notary Coach and Coach Me Laura.  I am well versed in the most common real estate packages (Purchase, Refinance, HELOC, Cash Deal, Seller Package, Reverse Mortgage, and Loan Modification). My service area covers Maricopa County. 

I have additional relevant experience conducting in-home customer appointments in the Mortgage Protection Insurance industry where I represented multiple clients as a licensed agent. I built rapport and trust easily with all different types of people and genuinely care about the quality of both my relationships and my work. My professional experience also includes volunteer service in the Dominican Republic with the United States Peace Corps. I am fluent in Spanish.
