Hello, my name is Felicia Melton. I live in Chicago, Illinois with my beautiful family. I assist borrowers with refinance loans, reverse mortgage loans, purchase loan, seller's loan and HELOC's in Chicago and the Greater Chicago Area. My previous profession was a high school teacher. I left that profession to become a loan signing agent fulltime because being a loan signing agent was more fulfilling. I completed a six month training course to become a  loan signing agent. I am also trained in the notarial laws in Illinois with a certification. I am a NNA certified loan signing agent. I am a current member of the National Notary Association. I am insured with Biberk with a one million dollar insurance policy. I have performed over two hundred loan signings without missing a signature, a date or a stamp. I am a preferred loan signing agent with Simple Signings, Premium Closing Solutions, Bancserv and Mobile Notary Zone. I am prompt, polite and polished at every signing. I am familiar with how to complete a PCOR. I can package  a document to free up time for escrow.
