Hiring me for your signing will ensure that you and your signer have a great loan signing experience.  I am certified with NNA, Loan Signing System as well as other loan signing and training program. I am knowledgeable and detailed oriented, ensuring signatures, dates, and initials are completed accordingly. Having a background in Human Resources, I know how important it is to ensure all documents are free of errors.  I am meticulous and go over each loan package to ensure accuracy for signatures, dates, and initials.  I triple check key documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure they are completed properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will correct the matter ASAP.  Every document will be returned promptly, per your instructions, and on time as soon as the signing is complete.  I value effective communication and will keep you informed throughout the whole process.  I cover El Paso and Teller Counties.
