I am a New Jersey commissioned Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, as well. I'm also NNA Certified, E&O insured through Mechants Bonding Co. I am Fidelity approved, NNA background screened and Sterling background screened alsol. I'm very professional, punctual and meticulous at everything I do, especially at my assigned signings. I'm flexible and work around client's schedule. I make sure that no single signature is missing, I have never been backed to a signers’ home for a missing signature. Enjoy doing signings because of the flexibility, extra income and the people I meet, most of them very nice and always anxious waiting for the Signing Agent to do the final step to close their deal. Did I mention that I can scanbak packages to escrows or lenders office within the next 1.5 hours or so? after the signins have been completed (for an extra fee) ... if in New Jersey I can also drop off the package at lender's or escrow's office for FREE if no more than 20 miles, and an extra fee if more than 20 miles.
