As a Virginia commissioned Notary Public based in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, I travel to you for your notary needs including facilitating mortgage loan closings as a Notary Signing Agent (NSA) as well as other notarizing needs including wills, adoptions, construction waivers, permission waivers, divorce decrees, medical paperwork, and more. I am also available for field inspections for real estate or insurance purposes.

I also perform heat load calculations for HVAC permitting and equipment sizing, a leftover ‘talent’ from having previously owned a small heating and air conditioning company with my husband. I'm also a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), part-time, fluent in Spanish, and foster kittens from the local animal shelter.
