I am a Notary2Pro graduate and a Loan Signing System graduate. E&O Insurance at $1,000,000. No job is too big, and I am willing to travel.  I meticulously go over each document to ensure all signatures, dates, and initials are complete.  I pay close attention to the Notice of Right to Cancel and can assure you it will be signed appropriately. On the rare occasion that a mistake is made, I will immediately stop what I am doing to notify you and make all corrections that are deemed necessary. I have successfully completed over 1500 loan signings which includes: loan applications, refinances, VA/FHA refinances, purchases, seller/buyer packages, split signings, loan modifications, HELOC, new construction loans and time shares. Having a mobile scanner, I can assure you that if documents need to be scanned back, they will be done as soon as possible. I know the pick-up times of the UPS and Fed-Ex in the areas I service.  Documents will be packaged using poly packs to ensure documents arrive to you safely and intact.
