Hello, I am NNA certified, trained, and bonded. I also carry E&O insurance. I have 3 years of experience in Housing in Development were I worked directly with builders who were interested in building developments within the City of Dallas limits. Once contracts were signed (deeds of trust, real estate lien notes, etc) that held the developers responsible for the land until build out and draws were paid, I worked with the homebuyer files and checked eligibility for the City's program. I have a wealth of knowledge in this industry and know the importance of time, being knowledgable/detail oriented, as well as ensuring that documents are returned correct, completed in its entirety and as quickly as possible.
