Hi All, I am mobile notary in San Diego that specializes in loan closings. I have performed well over 350 signings for refinances, purchases, sales, and HELOCs for both residential and commercial real estate. I've been a notary for over 3 years and used to be a commercial real estate underwriter for a local bank. This gives me a unique understanding of how lending works over other notaries, and ensures I can properly execute a loan package while walking signers through the docs. I triple check my work so I don't miss signatures, initials, dates, etc. I make sure all forms are completely filled out correctly (PCOR, Statement of Information, Certification of Trust, etc.). And, I drop docs to FedEx/UPS right after the signing or the next morning if business hours do not allow for same day drop. I look forward to partnering with you!
