My name is Ellen or you can call me "Ellen The Notary".  I am at your service as a Mobile Notary and a Certified Loan Signing Specialist in Lane, Linn and Marion Counties in the beautiful State of Oregon.  I am certified as a loan signing agent and have a background check through the Secretary of State, National Notary Association and Notary Rotary.  I also have a $25,000 E&O Insurance policy . I provide superior customer service, professionalism and accuracy on every transaction.   I  have assisted in the closing of over 6000 loan signings including reverse mortgages, lines of credit, seller and buyer packages and construction loans.  I am flexible and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done....and with a smile!  I also have experience assisting families with Power of Attorney's,  Trusts and other confidential and important documents.
