I am Elizabeth "Lisa" Higuera and I have been a Florida Notary since 2008 and now a certified Notary Loan Signing Agent,  Remote Online Notary, Mobile Notary, and member of the National Notary Association (NNA).  I am Bonded and Insured Errors & Omissions $1,000,000 and NNA Background Screened.

My experience working in the Property Management industry as a Licensed Community Association Manager for almost 15 years, has showcased my ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people. In 2017, I also obtained my Real Estate Sales Associate License and this has allowed me to utilize my knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry which is beneficial when reviewing home loan documents with borrowers. 

I am a Bilingual English and Spanish speaker, an asset that has allowed me to serve a larger network of diverse clientele. 

I am located in Orlando (Orange County) and willing to travel to neighboring counties located in Brevard, Hillsborough, Osceola, Polk, and Seminole.
