I have extensive training through Loan Signing Systems, and NNA certified; I will execute each and every signing properly. I comprehensively go over every document to verify each signature, date, and initials are proper and complete. As well, I check key documents three times, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out correctly. If by chance a mistake occurs, I will address the issue immediately and resolve it for you ASAP. To ensure all documents are returned as soon as the signing is complete, I know where all my local FedEx stores are and drop off times. I am adamant about staying connected throughout the process.
