My Signing agent journey began back in July, 2025. Since then, I have successfully completed 160+ Closings, and plan on completing many more! I dont leave forms blank, and guide the signer through each step. I even give a small lecture on the legibleness of the signature, and clarity of the dates. I understand the NORTC and always have my recission calendar on hand.
