Although I cover multiple counties, assignments outside of Lake county are accepted at an additional fee due to distance traveled. I have completed 75+ signings including VA, FHA, Reverse Mortgages and Conventional sales and refi loans. I conduct many hybrid loan signings as well. I will represent your company professionally and provide outstanding customer service. I comply with all COVID-19 safety guidelines as set forth by the CDC. I will arrive on time to scheduled appointments. I have a modern office and do not accept fax back assignments. I scan and email or drop scans into a designated website only.
