Hi, I am Edith, and I am a former teacher turned rotary. I am friendly, patient, and organized. I'll be sure to answer your phone calls, texts, or emails! I've been performing as a mobile notary for one year. I have assisted more than 150 closings for whom I have notarized mortgages/deeds of trusts, limited powers of attorney, compliance agreements, and more. 

I have invested in a dual tray printer and high-speed scanner, so printing large packages, then scanning them back to my client for review is no problem.

Both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home equity loans and reverse mortgages. I would happily complete a telephone interview or examination.
