I've lived in Washington for 45 years and actually enjoy driving even during rush hour.  I have completed well over 3,000 notarization's which includes general and real estate transactions.  I obtained my degree in Real Estate, and continue to learn more as I can.  I've worked as a Compliance Officer in Affordable Housing and enjoy helping people complete their documents correctly the first time.  Your clients will always be in the best of hands with me, generally leaving the signing with a smile and fully understanding documents they've completed.  I don't hesitate to call when further assistance is needed for clarification when a client needs more.

I am fully set up as a mobile notary with a dual tray printer and scanner in my car and able to accept last minute orders and printing on the go.  If corrected or updated documents are needed, I am able to print those as well to ensure the signing is completed with all the documents required for funding.  All files are returned via direct upload and originals mailed out usually same day.  Your clients will always be in the best of hands with me.  I am also available for those signings located a bit further out for an additional fee.  I am a notary public who also provides RON services for those able to complete documents via RON.

I provide training for newer notaries in my spare time.  I also spend other spare moments with my fur babies and family exploring or sitting outside watching the hummingbirds dive-bombing their choice of a dozen different feeders available to them.  I also enjoy digging in the dirt or watching the rain.  Washington has a huge variety of things to offer for every mood and weather.
