I am an experienced, Certified Notary Signing Agent with an understanding of mortgage docs and know the importance of executing each one correctly.  I am Loan Signing System (LSS) and National Notary Association (NNA) Certified, I am a member of the American Association of Notaries (AAN), carry $1M E&O insurance and have completed 2,000+ signings.

At closing, I guide the borrower through all of the documents and briefly explain each one to them.  If there is an issue, I know who to call.  I realize that I am representing you when I’m at the closing table and that my actions or inactions will be a reflection on you.  Therefore, I am patient, courteous and attentive to the borrower.  I check and double-check my work before leaving the table to ensure that all documents have the required signatures, initials and notarial stamps to prevent any funding issues.  I will go above and beyond to make each closing smooth, enjoyable, and memorable for your borrower and, to ensure that all documents returned to you are error-free. 

My regular availability is from 8am - 7pm, Monday through Saturday.  I serve the counties of San Bernardino, Riverside and limited zip codes in Los Angeles County.  Should the need arise for signings on Sundays and/or holidays, please contact me for availability.
