I also, specialize in doing Trust signings walking client's through Power Attorneys and Advanced Healthcare Directive. I make sure the witness section is filled out completely. My expertise is with: First time home buyers. Seller closings and all various loans. I maintain $500,000 of Errors & Omission Insurance and bond. I own a duplex laser printer with two trays that can print both letter and legal papers. I also speak conversational Vietnamese. I have done over 400+ Buyer/Seller Signings.

Notary Nuke is founded on our family entrepreneur spirit. The name Nuke is based on our YouTube channel where we first started our career in the video game business over a decade ago. Yes, we do it full-time It still makes us giggle to this day when we hear parents tell us their children want to be YouTube famous when that wasn't even a viable option for us when we first started. We decided to start new adventures in the later stages of our lives, where we are able to assist people directly. My wife, Sky, wanted to help people find their dream homes, so she became a real estate agent for Keller Williams in Orange County. I wanted to help out my family, friends, and the community with their documents, so I became a Notary Public. Our dog, Foxie, is our biggest motivational supporter. My wife has now became a Notary Public herself to help take care of the community.
