I am trained on all types of property document signings from refinances, purchases, seller/buyer packages including, reverse mortgages, commercial loans, HELOC's, etc. I also spend time doing general notary work for individual needs. I have been a general notary since 2002 while working for St. Joe hospital and for the University of Michigan hospital. My main objective is to make sure that when I leave a signing the borrowers/buyers/sellers are very happy and that their questions, if any, are answered as we go through the document package. I am fully-insured with E & O Insurance of $25,000 & I have completed an extensive background check with N.N.A.
