I'm a notary public, National Notary Association certified and member, I'm also Loan Signing System certified.  I'm thoroughly trained and confident in doing loan modifications, refinance, HELOC, and seller's packages. I'm capable of handling large volume documents.  I'm new to the Loan Signing Business but have experience in real estate as an investor. I'm familiar with all the documents in the loan package.  I'll be happy to scan back documents and will deliver the package back on time.  I have good communication skills; I've been in customer service for 15 years and will return all calls fast.   I'm very detailed oriented and always recheck my work for accuracy.  I came from the healthcare industry, so I understand the Personal Privacy Act and take privacy matters very seriously. I strive for accuracy and timeliness.
