I work hard at making sure the borrower has a great signing experience.  After a signing, I look at all documents a few times to be sure that all signatures and dates are on the documents.  I pay attention to the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to be sure they are filled out properly.  If by chance I make a mistake, I will fix the problem immediately.  All docs will be delivered to the required shipping agency and if needed scanned back is complete that day or first thing in the morning depending on time of signing.  I recently became IPEN qualified.
