I am a Colorado-commissioned loan signing agent, with certification through the National Notary Association (NNA), as well as the Loan Signing System, and have $100,000 in E&O Insurance. I am educated in how to notarize various types of loan documents, including Purchases/Buyers Documents, Sellers Documents, HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications, Deeds in Lieu and Partial Claims. 

Professionally, I have approximately seven years of experience working in the real estate sector, including nearly five years with a large commercial real estate company, and more than two years writing and preparing housing market studies for affordable housing developments. I have a bachelor's of arts and sciences from Illinois State University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Information Technology.
