I have been a notary for approximately 15 years. I have completed approximately 200 signings for residential properties and roughly 400 of signings for commercial real estate transactions. Most of the residential signing I have worked were refinances and purchase signings. I have also fulfilled several loan modifications, HELOCS, escrow loans, three reverse mortgages, in addition to other types of real estate documents. I have also completed a few debt settlement agreements and numerous other notarial documents and acts. I hold a B.S. in Economics from Missouri State University, a B.S. in Business from William Woods University, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Missouri Columbia. I currently work part-time (from home) as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst while I am pursuing a Doctorate. I pride myself on having a great attitude and a professional work ethic and demeanor. I am diligent in ensuring that all documents are signed, dated, and initialed correctly, and returned promptly.
